Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@shopyourdream.store or +918194061038 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Clearly state the reason for the return and provide any relevant details.
• Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Processing:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
